The Midvale facility is located at the intersection of State Street and 80th South. Your Midvale storage unit is strickly month to month, no long leases needed. Your storage space rental starts the day you move in. There is a one-time administration fee of only $10. No deposits required. You may provide your own lock or purchase one from us at $6 - $12.

Our facility gate is secured with a computerized access panel, which accepts your personalized security code. Once inside our Midvale facility only your can access your storage unit, because only you have the key to your personal storage space. Our friendly resident managers would be happy to discuss what storage unit is right for you and your needs. (This is a DEA dog sniffing training facility after hours)
